Fins Up Fund

105 donors have made gifts in support of student athletes. Your gifts have helped raise $51,508 to support your fellow Rebels during these uncertain times.

Message from Keith Carter, Ole Miss Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics:

The coronavirus has been a heartbreaking ordeal for our nation, and Ole Miss’ 371 student-athletes are not immune to the pandemic. In addition to being uprooted from their Oxford homes and having many of their sports seasons canceled, the crisis has created financial troubles and even some have seen their family members infected with the virus.

The strength and generosity of Rebel Nation has been evident during these difficult times, as many of you have contacted us seeking opportunities to help our student-athletes. In response to your kindness, the Fins Up Fund has been established to support student-athletes that are facing extreme circumstances as a result of COVID-19

Money raised will go directly to assisting with medical bills and other necessary expenses resulting from an illness to either the student-athlete or his/her family member(s). Other examples of expenses could include groceries, toiletries, academic supplies for online classes, etc.
