We challenged you to act on your responsibility as a member of the Ole Miss Family to help students in need of financial support. We asked that you help us raise $10,000 by Nov. 9, and our combined gifts exceeded that amount within the first six days of launching the Ole Miss Family Emergency Fund campaign! Thank you!
After such enormous success, we extended the goal to $30,000 with the total now standing at $26,650. Please continue to support this important campaign, which ends Monday night at 11:59 p.m. We have just over 50 hours to raise the remaining $3,350. If we all come together on this project, we can certainly complete this goal.
With your continued generous support, the Ole Miss Family Emergency Fund will be able to help students continue on the path to educational and personal success by offering a helping hand when they face unfortunate emergency situations.

THANK YOU! We have received a huge outpouring of support from the Ole Miss Family, we cannot thank you enough for fully funding our goal of $10,000 in less than a week!
We would also like to thank the gentlemen of Pi Kappa Alpha for their generous gift of $5,000. The men of Pi Kappa Alpha were very hospitable in awarding their donation at their Renovation Celebration Luncheon on Wednesday, October 14th. Thanks to their generosity we were able to reach our initial goal of $10,000 in no time. We would also like to thank Ole Miss Athletics for matching those funds and providing an additional $10,000 towards our goal!
We have passed our $10,000 goal, but we cannot stop here. With your donation we will be able to help many more Ole Miss students that have experienced crisis situations. With each additional dollar we raise we can help even more students toward the path of graduation. We have decided to extend our goal to $30,000! Imagine how many students will be able to benefit from a fund of this size. We still have time in our campaign. With your donation, students will be able to restock their book bags with needed supplies such as pencils, pens, and notebooks. These items are essential to a student's success!
With your donation, students living locally will be able to drive home to be with their family during an emergency.
Students who are able to focus on their education are more likely to graduate. With your donation of $100, students can remain focused on their education and graduate on time.
Students affected by fire often need all of their belongings replaced in order to continue in school. With your donation, a student can purchase books to continue enrollment. Individuals making a $250 donation will receive a signed poster from athletics as a thank you!
Unfortunately, some Ole Miss students are affected by the loss of a parent each year. With your donation, a student can cover travel expenses incurred in returning home to be surrounded by loved ones during the time of the crisis. Donors at this level will receive a signed football as a token of appreciation.
With your generous contribution, a student can have living expenses paid after a personal tragedy. Donors at this level will receive a signed football and a lunch reception with Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs Brandi Hephner LaBanc and Ole Miss Athletic Director Ross Bjork.
