Support the Rebel Relief Disaster Fund

Help is Needed Immediately

In the wake of Winter Storm Fern, our campus reflects the severity of the storm. Fallen trees and damaged spaces are visible reminders of just how challenging these conditions have been. Recovery will take time and care. But resilience lives here, and with your help, we will move forward.

Right now, our primary focus is the security of our students. Many are facing the loss of power and water, internet and cellular connectivity issues, loss of wages and intermittent access to food and fuel. They are being challenged with unexpected travel costs or struggling to cover food and temporary living expenses.

We are using every resource at our disposal to support these urgent needs and are turning to our wider community to aid us in these efforts.

The Rebel Relief Disaster Fund exists to act quickly when students need help most.

Your support provides direct, immediate financial assistance to students affected by Winter Storm Fern. Help cannot wait. Gifts of all sizes come together to cover basic needs, stabilize students in crisis and keep our students safe and warm.

Our Oxford campus is counting on our wider Ole Miss community to show up for students. Your generosity turns compassion into action and recovery into reality.

This is an urgent call. Please give now to support Rebel Relief. Students need your help today.

If you are still impacted by Winter Storm Fern, our thoughts are with you, and we encourage you to prioritize your safety and the care of yourself and your family as recovery continues. If you know of an Ole Miss student in need, please connect them to UMatter by completing this form or by emailing umatter@olemiss.edu.
